Who is Confectionary Disasters LLC?

My name is Lee Hanner. I live in Topeka, KS and I knew at age 9 that pastry creation was my passion in life. Cakes

and pastries have been part of my career since the very beginning. I have had 25 years of personal experience and 18 years of professional experience with confectioneries.

I thought, "Why not do what you love for a living?!" and decided to further my education by going to pastry school. In 2007, I graduated from Platt College with a Certification in Pastry Arts.

My cakes are NEVER frozen and are made to order. That means, my cakes are made the day of or the day before you need it, to maximize freshness. I also have a secret ingredient that I add to all of my cakes that keep them moist for days longer than other bakers. This way you can enjoy your cake until it is gone and you are not wasting money by throwing away stale cake.
